The document was handed over by the General Secretary of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Tarek Najem, to FIFA officials and the 2030 World Cup Bid Committee, the FRMF said in a statement.

The declaration of interest was initialled last Saturday in Salé by FRMF President Fouzi Lekjaa, Portuguese Football Federation President Fernando Gomes and Royal Spanish Football Federation President Pedro Rocha.
