Marrakech-Safi

The region of Marrakech-Safi remains the tourist capital of the country. More than a region, Marrakech-Safi is a pearl polished by history with a taste for hospitality, having known how to welcome its guests with open arms for centuries and encompassing part of the High Atlas.
Geographically, the region is bounded to the North by the regions of Casablanca-Settat, to the West by the Atlantic Ocean, to the East by the region of Beni Mellal-Khenifra and to the South by the mountainous chain of the High Atlas (regions of Souss-Massa and Draa-Tafilalet).
It has a total surface area of 31,160 km², which represents 4.5% of the national territory with a population of 4,520,569. The region of Marrakech-Safi has become one of the favourite destinations for celebrities who love its well-preserved charm that combines luxury, refinement and authenticity.
The region has became a place renowned for its culture, arts, traditions and architectural heritage that gradually attracted a large number of renowned artists.
