Morocco Launches New Digital Services for Expatriates

The introduction of the "eTimbre" system marks another advancement in Morocco's digitalization journey, aligning consular services with the expectations of all Moroccan citizens. In this context, this secure and efficient digital payment platform eliminates unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles, ensuring a smoother experience for users.
Since the rollout of these digital features, over 3.2 million appointments have been successfully processed, meeting the needs of more than 5 million Moroccan expatriates. Moreover, the "eTimbre" system has facilitated over 2.8 million consular transactions, proving its effectiveness in streamlining administrative procedures.
Behind the success of these digital platforms lies a robust support system. The Moroccan authorities have put in place a consular call center, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of queries and concerns. The deployment of Electronic Payment Terminals (EPTs) at consular posts underscores Morocco's commitment to enhance accessibility and convenience for all Moroccans living abroad.
