In the category of Best Arab Feature Narrative Film, three Moroccan movies are vying including "Oliver Black" by Taoufiq Baba, "Another Battle" by Mohamed Fekran, and "Contact Street" by Ismail El Iraki.

In the Best Arab Feature Documentary Film category, Moroccan Karima Saidi participates with her film "In the house."

In addition, two Moroccan movies are competing for the Best Arab Short Film, namely "The Rebel Child" by Shahrazad Moumni Bardaei and "Aisha" by Zakaria Moumni.
