The U.S. official also recognized Morocco’s pioneering efforts in energy transition, pointing out that the country now generates over one-third of its electricity from renewable sources and aims to increase this share to 52% by 2030. This commitment, she indicated, positions Morocco as a global leader in clean energy and sets a benchmark for both regional and international communities.
